Very nice house on a quiet street. It met our needs. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles. Would have been 5 stars if the host would have responded to my inquiries that I sent via text message. The internet is "spotty" but tolerable.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in beautiful Nebraska! The hosts were soooo accommodating, kind, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience stress-free. We truly appreciated their hospitality and how welcoming they were. The home had such a comfortable, homey feeling it honestly made our stay that much better. We’re very grateful and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely experience and being dog friendly.

The property met our needs for our 2 night stay in the area as we were not in the house except for the evenings & gone early in the mornings to sightsee & take in the Hot Air Balloon Fest. However the yard, front & back, unkempt. Stickers/sandburs lined the sidewalk & throughout the yard. Children could not have played nor could pets be out there especially with broken down fence. We had neither, but would have had concerns if we had since it was listed as pet friendly & family friendly. . The towels & washcloths to use were quite worn, in fact we stopped at Walmart to purchase washcloths. Extra blankets were not found till the morning we left.....not in a spot where one would look. It's obvious there are year round occupants living in the house as personal items were in every room. Other than kitchen area bar with 2 bar stools there was not a kitchen table/chairs to have a sit down meal or to play cards at. No instructions how to run the TV. There were no instructions as to whether we could use the coffee pods or any items on the counter such as packets of oatmeal. We booked this property a year ago. For the price and the online description, it was disappointing.

Comfortable and spacious. Owner has it stocked with just about anything you need. The front yard is a work in progress. The back yard is huge but undeveloped. We had concerns at check-in due to the state of the yard and the fact that the house seemed lived in. After being there a few days, we started to appreciate everything that was available to us. We spoke with the owner who is very caring and responsible and made sure we were satisfied to the best of her ability. The check-in and check-out process was very easy.

Home was clean and represented well as on site. Thermostat was DOA so house was hot (79 degrees). Found batteries and temp was good by bedtime. There was one smoke detector hidden in a drawer that started beeping low battery during the night. Took three adults quite a while to find it. We booked the house for our two pups to be able to run. Back yard was unbelievably overgrown with open holes all over as they are working on sprinkler system. Backyard fence had openings where dogs could get out. Not as represented in listing photos. Evolve did get the front and back yard mowed after I complained. This is rattlesnake area so an overgrown yard is particularly frightening. Sprinkler workers left front yard gate open and dogs got out. Thank God, we were able to get them back. Fridge full. It seemed like we were staying at the house of a friend of a friend who just walked out the door to go away for the weekend. Not up to the VRBO standard. Frankly, I think this listing should be removed until homeowner has it ready for paying guests.
