Located on a quiet, dead-end street, the property boasts a peaceful setting, backed by a tranquil preserve. The Sandpiper Beach complex is a thoughtfully restored community, featuring a variety of amenities including a refreshing pool, BBQ grills, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and plenty of parking for residents and guests. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool or enjoying a sunset over the Gulf, this island retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in-suite washer & dryer, community BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, boardwalk to beach access, NO elevators! Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets Allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

Condo was perfect for us. My 80 year old mother was able to easily access the beach which was very important to us. Sanibel is our favorite vacation spot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very recently refinished. Everything looked great. Condo was ready early on day of checkin. That's a huge plus in our book. Only negative was that the master bed wasn't comfortable. Maybe needs a new or different mattress?

Condo was perfect for our family. The condo grounds/pool were super well maintained (outdoor showers, shell washing station). Unit itself was immaculate, well appointed and very clean. Sanibel is a beautiful spot and this condo was the perfect place to stay for us. We would not hesitate to book this condo again. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the beach chairs. The umbrella and one of the chairs was really nice, the others were uncomfortable/rusty/mismatched.
