On the West End of Sanibel, you will find the well-kept secret of Sand Pointe with only 45 units and quiet beaches. ***PLEASE NOTE: POOL IS CURRENTLY NOT OPERATIONAL and has an estimated completion date in AUGUST 2026. Exterior landscaping projects are on going. These timelines are projections and are not guaranteed.********Sand Pointe 213 requires a 7 night minimum stay but does not require a Saturday arrival or departure. This offer is valid through Oct 2, 2026***

Looking for the perfect location to enjoy paradise? Look no further! Unit #213 at Sand Pointe has outstanding Gulf views visible the moment you walk in the door.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling. It is beautifully decorated with a chic coastal vibe with hues of green & blue and has been fitted with every comfort you need to make this the most memorable vacation.

The beautiful kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals and a breakfast bar to enjoy those meals. There is also a lovely dining table for 6 for more formal meals. After a day of biking, swimming, or shelling, relax in your living room and enjoy a movie or your favorite shows on the large Smart TV. Or enjoy the sun setting over the pool and Gulf of Mexico from the lanai.

The primary suite has a king bed, Smart TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, Smart TV and access to the second bathroom with tub & shower combo.

Enjoy pool and Gulf views from your private screened lanai with no-seeum screening. The owners provide beach towels for your convenience and access to their ground level storage locker stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart! Sand Pointe is a beautifully landscaped small complex (only 45 units) on West Gulf Drive. Enjoy the romantic lagoon, heated pool (not currently operational), elevators and covered parking. It's conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and much, much more.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

The decor is very modern, there is everything you need (except salt & pepper) in the kitchen and a more than generous supply of beach towels, chairs, toys, pool floats, etc. Sand Pointe is a smaller complex so the pool was never busy and parking was super convenient. There's also a nice boardwalk taking you down to the beach. We had one minor issue with the coffee pot and Sanibel Holiday resolved it immediately. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a great location and something a bit more upscale.

We too love Sand Pointe 213! So much so, I sought out their dining room light fixture for my own home! Love the modern beachy decor and that the owners have taken the time to stock their unit with everything you could need for the perfect beach vaca! We also love that each and every unit gets covered parking at Sand Pointe, its West Gulf location (great sunset views) and also the unique feature of having a great restaurant (the Sandbar) right next door! We appreciate that you notified us about the coffee pot and knowing just how important a morning cup of Joe can be to our guests our response is immediate! We hope Sanibel stays in your thoughts and you head back our way very soon!

Peaceful getaway

Proximity to beach is excellent. Near restaurants and shopping also. Condo was represented well in photos online. Felt like home away from home. I'd recommend a pillow topper for master bedroom and upgrade pillows. Would make for a more comfortable stay next time. We'd love to stay here again!!!

The room was very nice. Expected it to be closer to the beach, though the walk was not bad. Few issues which took the management company a few days to rectify. No sunsets from the resort beach which was disappointing.

Sand Pointe is a great location, easy bike ride to grocery store, shopping and restaurants. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pool provided hours of swimming and fun for the family. The condo is keyless entry which is wonderful for families coming on and off the beach but not totally sure why it’s necessary to stop at welcome center upon arrival.

The staff at the Sanibel Holiday greeted us at the door of the office and truly made us feel like they were glad to see us after a long trip. I they explained they rental process in detail and answered all questions and what functions were going on all week in Sanibel. Now the property was gorgeous. Very well maintained and the owner left us a welcome present and note. Unit #213 is exactly like the pictures ..every room was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was new and modern. The location of this property was close to restaurants and away from the island traffic. The beach was a few steps away. I would definitely rent this property again and recommend this unit to family and friends. Great job by Sanibel Holiday in presenting this property and providing great customer service.

Biking distance to the wildlife refuge and the general store. We saw alligators, dolphins, lizards, rabbits and manatees which my kids loved. We especially loved the sunset walks on the beach. Our time on the beach was paradise. The condo was super with everything we could possibly need while on vacation including sand toys and beach chairs and towels. Highly recommend!

After two cancelled trips and some sad kiddos - we booked our stay and jumped on a plane yep days later. We (as a family) had never stayed in Sanibel before & can I say it did not disappoint! This unit was beautiful, clean, and in a quiet part of town. We were close to everything. On top of the unit itself the property management staff was OUTSTANDING. I cannot emphasize how outstanding they were. From the welcome kit in the condo, to emails, to calls, to access to their office printers, they were amazing. Their service was amazing. Overall, we’d book this same unit and vacation over and over. I can’t say enough good about this place!!!
