Ive had better stays at a motel 6 in barstow

Run far away from this place! The only thing good about this place os the photographers ability to make it look bigger than it is! -Jacuzzi was dirty and could not reach temptress above 96 even tho it was set to 104 and the water was disgusting.-sure there is a foosball table but it's stuffed in the up stairs hallway so tight you can't play because the the handle poles hit the wall kids were stoked on that !-Oh! And make sure to bring your own couch! It's like lounging on a sliding piece of cardboard.Early check in courtesy? I was told (over messenger) that early check in wouldn't be available due to the uncertainty of road conditions and the driveway may not be plowed as I was parked in front of the house staring at the freshly cleared driveway. After placing a phone call to the office I was informed that i am indeed able to get early check in for 60. The oven control panel is smashed and it takes 10 minutes to set the temperature. The list goes on. The fireplace works tho if you bring wood. Do rent this unit. Do not work with big bear vacation rentals.I've had more pleasant stays at motel 6 barstow.

We're truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, Nick. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Regarding the jacuzzi, we have addressed the temperature issue, and our team is working to ensure it’s fully functional moving forward. We also regret the confusion around early check-in and will improve communication to avoid misunderstandings. Your feedback about the couch and foosball table has been noted for future improvements. We were not informed of any of these issues during your stay, or we would have addressed them immediately. We appreciate your feedback and we hope to host you again under better circumstances.
