The reverse floor plan features two bedrooms and one full bath on the first level. There is also a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The first bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a twin over twin bunk bed with a trundle. There is also a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. Perfect for movie nights! The second bedroom features a queen size bed, beautiful hard wood floors, a separate sink area and a flat screen TV with cable! There is also a closet for storage and private patio access! Great for dining al fresco with your sweetie!

Head upstairs to the kitchen and dining area with seating for 6 and enjoy some relaxation time. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal! There is also bar seating with an open window into the kitchen for some kitchen cuisine conversation. The living area has a flat screen TV, cable, a DVD player, and hardwood floors throughout! Gather around the gas only fireplace on those chilly California nights! There is a powder room just off the kitchen area. The upper level also has a deck with seating for a sunset toast or some hot cocoa with a view!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
