Just 40 minutes from Christchurch in the heart of Banks Peninsula, in the Little River township. This 5-bed, 2-bath, 2 living home is set on 1 acre, with private views surrounded by forest & hills.

The Little River township is only a 5 minute walk away, with a mix of cafes & art galleries, and access to local peninsula beaches and walking tracks nearby.

The space
This home sleeps up to 8, with 4 bedrooms including 2 Queen beds, 1 double and 2 King single beds.

Full kitchen amenities with both indoor & outdoor dining and BBQ.

2 living areas and 2 bathrooms with an indoor bath.

Enjoy afternoons on the sun-drenched deck with views, lawn games on the large lawn, then cosy up in the evenings around the indoor fire.

Included for your use is a range of childrens toys and books, family board games, lawn games, reading material, TV with Chromecast, and high-speed internet.

You will have the full home & property to yourself. (Excluding the separate garage at the bottom of the property).

Walking distance to Little River township with its mix of cafes, local craft stores and art galleries, and a newly refurbished popular pub and restaurant.

12 minutes drive from The Hilltop, premier wedding venue & event space.

There is a local store & cafe supplying essentials & groceries, usually open until 6pm depending on the season, & a popular Farmers market on each Sunday during the summer months.

'The One Next Door' restaurant is open for evening dining & takeaways, and the newly refurbished 'Little River Inn' offers a full menu & excellent hospitality.

Little River is in the heart of Banks Peninsula, with access to Southern Bays (including local beach Tumbledown Bay 20 minutes away and Birdlings Flat 7 minutes away), and an array of popular biking & walking tracks including the Little River Rail Trail.

Popular surf spots nearby including Magnet Bay.

Akaroa is only a 30-minute drive away perfect for a day trip excursion with plenty of hotspots including shopping, restaurants, swimming with dolphins & the famous 'Giants House' is well worth a visit.
