The main bedroom has a King bed, private balcony & ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms have mirrored wardrobes and amazing views.

The apartment is new, has lift access & has two secure underground car spaces.

The kitchen is well kitted out and includes a Nespresso machine.

The prime location of this place will make your stay in Canberra simple. Not only are there plenty of amenities within a short distance (shops, cafes, movie theatre, restaurants etc), but bus stops are also close by and driving is a breeze with it being so central in Woden.

This apartment is part of the WOVA complex. Built in 2024, this residential community is one of Woden`s newest additions. The stand-out communal facilities that residents can access are an indoor heated pool, large sauna, gym, ping pong, BBQ facilities, movie room and outdoor seating areas.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.

We were involved in a sporting tournament at the Phillip Ice arena and this was the perfect location. So close and the building had great recovery facilities with the pool and sauna. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious with everything we needed. The view was incredible and made down time a treat. The instructions for parking were clear and detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice apartment with a nice pool as guest amenity. The stay was generally good but a few things put a dent in the overall experience for future reference. The TV is a budget model and quite slow response and takes a while to choose options. A better TV will improve experience. The car parking spot is quite a walking distance to the lift which caused inconvenience. This is not something that cannot be improved unfortunately. The apartment has 2 air conditioning units in the main bedroom and living room which is great for those areas, but in summer, the second bedroom gets very hot and rather difficult to sleep. A fan perhaps can go a long way.

Property was just as it was described but obtaining the keys was awful, especially late at night while having two young children in the car. It was very hard to find a patk close by and then felt like i was digging around in the dirt for the keys as people on a Friday night were walking passed. Was not a pleasant experience. The apartment itself was okay buy our key fob didnt seem to work for the parking garage. The sheets and towels seemed to have a musty smell but everything else was ok. Communication between the hosts was not great. I replied back to them more than once with no reply to my questions. Not sure i would stay here again and mainly because of the keys.
