Magnifique studio, très bien aménagé à l‘intérieur comme à l’ext

Très agréable logement, très propre avec toutes les commodités . Deux magnifiques terrasses dont nous avons profité pour les repas et se relaxer avec vue sur le Canigou. Location à recommander 100% dont les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques

Besser geht es nicht! Ferienhauserfahren mieteten wir erstmals in diesem Sommer das Studio von Familie Hartmann – für reichlich drei Wochen und erzählen gern, dass wir uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt haben. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin herzlich empfangen und haben in unserem Urlaub ihre aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Art sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Das ruhig gelegene Anwesen, in welchem das sehr gepflegte Ferienhaus liegt, lädt zur Erholung und Entspannung ein. Das Studio bietet sehr viel mehr, als die Beschreibung erwähnt: Es ist an alles gedacht, praktisch und ästhetisch. Einige Beispiele: Im unauffällig großen Stauraum liegen Regenschirme, im Wäscheschrank hängen Bademäntel, in der ohnehin komfortablen Küche stehen ein Mörser und die Paellera; im Bad wartet die Personenwaage (Not for everybody!) Für Leseratten ist ausreichend Licht. Einschlägige touristische Kenntnisse wurden uns anvertraut. Der Hausherr sagte kurz nach unserer Ankunft, dass er für uns das gute Wetter bestellt habe. Im Rückblick auf die genossene Gastfreundschaft und die vorzüglichen Bedingungen klingt das glaubhaft.

Très beau studio, avec beaucoup d'espaces, très bien aménagé, d'une propreté irréprochable. Jolie terrasse très sympa, ainsi que le jardin d'où on peut admirer un magnifique coucher de soleil en hauteur. Nous remercions le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux, sa sympathie, générosité. Une personne vraiment très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location :-)

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons réservé cette maison pour une semaine afin de profiter du calme et d'être proche de la mer. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec une maison très propre, bien entretenue, et totalement équipée pour nos besoins. La jolie terrasse ainsi que le barbecue sont vraiment très appréciables sans oublier la vue magnifique sur le village, la montagne, la mer et le ciel étoilé. Des propriétaires très accueillants, et une cour sécurisée par un portail nous ont permis de passer un séjour en toute sérénité. Les commerces à proximité (boulangerie, carrefour...) ont été très pratiques. La région est magnifique par ses petits sentiers de montagne, les grandes plages de sables et de jolies villes (sauf Perpignan, à éviter !!). La plage à Argeles-sur-mer est à 10 min en voiture, avec toujours une place au parking (à deux pas des plages si on arrive tôt, un peu plus loin sinon) et des resto sympa pas trop chers. Une location à réserver les yeux fermés !

Easter weekend

We arrived at le Quatorze for Easter weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The studio is recently renovated, with clean and comfortable facilities. There is a charming table to eat at with you own secluded patio. The studio has your own parking. Also you are situated right in the mountains, so the scenery is breathtaking and the air is refreshing. If you are looking for a relaxing, enjoyable and special trip, this is a perfect choice.

Superbe location a recommander

Nous avons séjourné dans se studio une semaine , trop court pour nous, tellement agréable ,un décor avec gout .On trouve juste derrière le studio deux transats une petite table et chaises sont installés sur la hauteur et là l on domine le Mont Canigou le massif des Albères nous montions 1 heure après le repas pour se détendre et la c' est vraiment formidable un repos en admirant toutes ces montagnes une vue splendide et calme .Les propriétaires d une gentillesse ,rendant service, des vacances très conviviales tout en étant chez nous .Entrée sécurisé par une barrière c' est aussi bien pour nous que pour le véhicule Je vous recommande de faire cette location sans hésiter, tous commerce proche à pied A tous bonne vacance

Wunderschönes Studio am Fuße der Berge

Wir verbrachten eine knappe Woche in diesem sehr sauberen und mit liebe eingerichteten Studio in dem es an nichts fehlt. Ideal für Entdeckungsreisen zu den zahlreichen Klöstern in den Bergen und den schönen Städtchen in der Umgebung. Die nähe zu Spanien (ca. 20min) macht diesen Ort noch vielfältiger. What makes this property unique

Love on first sight! Tough located quietly the village with its shops and restaurants is within 5 minutes walk. Great location. Situated at the foothills of the Alberes you can start hiking immediately. We are far enough away from the sea to avoid the summer crowds, but close enough to quickly go for a swim (only 10 minutes drive). Lots to do especially outside the peak season. A big plus is the closeness to Spain with its attractions - it just never gets boring.
