Welcome to your direct waterfront home! A dream cottage if you want to enjoy spectacular sunsets and serene ocean water views including Fisher's Island, Spicer's Marina, Groton Long Point shoreline, Mouse Island, and walk to Esker Point Beach (where there is a park with volleyball), short drive to Mystic. Charming and quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Direct waterfront.

3 bedrooms (king, queen, full) and 2 full bathrooms. Composite deck in the backyard for entertaining. Sturdy hurricane windows. Furnished so all you have to do is move in and relax. Utilities included, Internet TVs (no cable), and high speed internet. Sorry no pets.

We are a family who loves spending time in Groton every summer. The rest of the year we rent it periodically so others can enjoy our home. We walk to Esker Point Beach literally at the end of our street and play volleyball, and we often visit Mystic Aquarium and go downtown for great food. And we frequent Olde Mistick village to leisurely browse the quaint shops.
