Harbor View Landing - The Mystic Waterfront House - Second Floor Only

Harbor View Landing is located in the historic town of Mystic, CT.
The property is situated on one end of Willow Point, just a half mile outside of the downtown area. Our property consists of 4 waterfront cottages and 2 multi-unit homes. This property opened in June of 2019 and offers many included amenities such as a private dock with kayaks and paddle boards as well as complimentary bikes, fire pits and lawn games, all over looking the beautiful Connecticut coastline.

This is for the 2nd floor of our newest and most prestigious house on the property. The 3rd floor is also rented. Inquire for both units. This unit is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room with sleeper sofa, full kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer and full deck with grill overlooking the direct waterfront.

Not worth the HIGH price tag

When we arrived at this beautiful property we were all excited to enjoy a romantic couples weekend in Mystic. Unfortunately, the legitimately paper thin ceiling provided us no buffer from the full experience of our upstairs neighbor's toddler running around and baby crying which began at 5:45 am. After speaking to mother the next day, she kindly kept the children quite until 7:30 am. (While I'm an early riser and don't have a problem with an early wake up, it's not what my wife and friends signed up for.) I brought this to the attention of the management company immediately, who explained there was nothing more they could do than ask the family to try to keep the kids more quiet in the early morning....and that in a future stay she would offer a discount. This is the definition of poor management skills. An immediate apology and offering of a discount for our inconvenience should have been standard protocol. So if you are looking for a romantic getaway and presume that spending $1000+/night should ensure that....guess again. As beautiful as it is, I highly suggest skipping this property!!!

Beautiful sunrise, high-end design and comfort in Mystic, CT

I cannot say enough about how beautiful and comfortable this property is. It is equipped with high-end amenities, furnishings, fixtures that quickly convince that you're in a special place.
