Portacot (guests need to bring all bedding to use). Main bathroom with 3-way access, bath, separate walk-in shower & vanity; Separate toilet; Ensuite bathroom adjoining master queen bedroom with spa bath, walk-in shower & toilet. Ducted air-conditioning throughout; Ceiling fans in lounge room. Open plan living area comprising lounge room, dining & kitchen with direct access to rear of house. Large television with USB & HDMI ports in lounge room; Highchair; Toys & games. Fully-equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine (guests need to bring Nespresso compatible pods), & large fridge/freezer; Small kitchen appliances including food processor, electric frypan, milkshake maker & electric grill. Top load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board. Undercover enclosed entertaining area at side of house with dining seating; Weber Q gas barbecue. Secure rear yard with access to ponton & marina frontage; Marina pontoon is not available for guests to use for boats. Off-street parking for 2 cars or 1 car & 1 boat in driveway; Secure garage parking for 2 cars. Sorry, pets not permitted.

Was a lovely clean home. Beautiful views. Very well maintained.Only down fall no wifi.
