PLEASE NOTE CONDO HAS BEEN RESTORED FROM HURRICANE SINCE 2/2025. AS OF THIS DATE SOME AMENITIES ARE STILL UNDER REPAIR--POOL AND ELEVATOR, BUT EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED SOON. Our 2-bedroom condo--Sundial F401 has beachfront views complete with sliding glass doors that open full width of the living room to allow for sea breezes and sounds the surf. Weekly Sat. to Sat. except in value season, we can offer shorter stays, but weekly is best value. We offer a large screened wrap around balcony with furnishings. Our condo has been professional designed with upscale kitchen and baths. Flooring is ceramic tile throughout (no carpeting). Our condo sleeps 6 (king bed, two queens in guest room, queen sofa sleeper), is fully equipped, and decorated in tropical colors. Because this is our own vacation home, we furnish some extras--washer/dryer, ceiling fans as well as AC, 3 cable TVs, DVD, high speed wifi, stereo, binoculars, hair dryers in baths, beach chairs, beach towels, picnic cooler for the beach, beach toys, games, books, starter supplies and bath amenities, etc. Self check-in. Also view our Sundial 1-bedroom B307 VRBO #79271 , other 2-bedroom Sundial B306 VRBO #673556 and Maui Kaanapali Villa, studio.

This Sundial condominium offers 1/2 mile of uncrowded beach, 4 swimming pools, free wireless internet, BBQ gtills, and shuffleboard.

Please don't confuse us with the adjoining Sundial Resort. Our condos are updated, clean, and we provide extra amenities you would not receive at the neighboring Resort property. We offer uncrowded beach, use of 4 heated condo swimming pools, BBQ grills, free wireless internet, shuffleboard, and paddleboard storage.

Contactless check-in at property. Cleaning protocols in place.

Adjoining Sundial Resort is a separate property. Open to the public at the Resort are tiki bar, restaurants, pizza kitchen, Bailey's Marketplace, tennis, spa services, and Sanibel Sea School. All other Resort amenities are restricted.

Owner highly encourages guests to purchase travel insurance to cover your trip. Cleaning protocols in place. Contactless entry.

We absolutely loved our time here. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed, including chairs and an umbrella for our time on the beach. The location was perfect with being right next to the pool and beach. We are looking forward to coming back.

We loved this condo. The wraparound lanai with a view of the ocean and the pool was definitely the highlight. We definitely hope to stay in this condo again in the near future.

Oceanfront perfection

Clean, peaceful, looks just like the photos. We had a wonderful week, the apartment felt like home, we spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the amazing view. We have already booked a return trip!

Sanibel's Best!

This is a fabulous condo! We stayed two weeks and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo is exactly as described: great location, super views of the ocean wonderful beach for swimming and shelling, and great pool! Everything you need is right here. Property is well maintained. It will provide you with a great vacation.

Amazing View!

F401 is a beautifully decorated and well equipped rental. Sitting on the veranda watching the sunset never gets old. The property is also beautifully maintained. We love the restaurants on Sanibel - Timbers, Traders, Doc Fords, and Cips to name a few of our favorites. I would recommend this condo to others and I plan on returning next year!

A Slice of Paradise!

Making this reservation was an easy and pleasant experience. This beachfront condo is beautifully decorated with renovated kitchen and baths. It was very clean, and very well equipped. Everything we needed was here - washer, dryer, two coffee pots, all linens, beach towels and chairs. I would highly recommend this property. I love spending the days at the beach or shopping and going out to the wonderful restaurants in the evenings. I look forward to returning next year.

Beautiful location. Owner has done everything to make you comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a few more spices in the kitchen. (hard to buy that stuff when you fly) Easy walk to the beach. (I would have given five stars, but they were painting the building while we were there and that was annoying, No fault of the owner.)

This was my second time staying in this condo and I certainly do not want it to be my last... I was there once with my sweetheart, Jim. This time I came with my 3 girlfriends. A view!! A view!!! Great view!!!

When we arrived it was everything we expected it to be. Loved the view from the living room and lanai!!!! It was wonderful to sit and enjoy the gulf from either one. This place was really comfortable. It's a home away from home. Loved the layout, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, the kitchen had all we needed, and it was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The decor was tropically, tastefully done. Besides the great view from this end unit, it was just a hop, skip, and a jump to the pool and beach. Shell picking super easy right out the front door. This condo complex was very quiet.....which was what we wanted. Communication with the owner was top notch. We highly recommend staying here.

Loved this condo! One of the most well stocked condos we have rented. Everything was in working order. Only slight annoyance was the loudness of the A/C when trying to sleep. Other than that, excellent! Also really enjoyed the views of the Gulf of Mexico. Weather was picture perfect each day. We were sad to have to leave, and would definitely come back to this property or another owned by Candy. We took a side trip to Captiva and fell in love with it as well. Relaxing Beach Vacation

The condo is very accurately described. It is clean, beautifully decorated, has a breathtaking view of the ocean, is steps from the pool and just feels like home. The master bath and kitchen are newly renovated. I contacted Candy mid stay about a simple plumbing issue and the problem was resolved before we returned from our fishing trip that day. Cons: Wi-fi was unreliable at best and our family with three smart phones had to rely on our 4G service for much of our stay, almost pushing our data usage to it's max for the month. The key ring we were given at check in had two keys-we did not receive an explanation for the second key. My son got curious one evening and tried to unlock an outside storage room door, there we found beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas! (We had rented an umbrella and two beach chairs for $50 for the week two days earlier and had bought a beach cooler just that afternoon.) All and all we were extremely satisified with the condo and would indeed return again. The Island Cow was our favorite place to eat. I would save your time and bypass the Bubble Room. I wasn't impressed. Warning: Bring in your own salt/pepper/sugar/etc. Unlike other cabins and condos we have rented all over the United States, you will find absolutely no kitchen staples here. Not a deal breaker, but just something to keep in mind.

I have owned at the Sundial since 1994. Our family first visited in 1990 and we were hooked. My son wanted to be up before dawn to search for shell 'treasures' on the beach. We have since owned 7 Sundial condos and a South Seas condo on Captiva. We currently own F401, B306, and B307 plus a condo in Maui.

Why they chose this property

We had sold our Captiva condo because of delays in restoring at South Seas following Hurricane Charley. We had made several offers, but then we heard about the F401 owner selling and made contact. This was the far best location, top floor, and wrap around balcony. This required a complete remodel as the condo had never been updated. Today it is luxurious and our most popular rental.
