This is our 3rd time staying at Pointe Santo but the first at this listing. This was the nicest, cleanest one yet here. Amazing view from balcony. This unit has everything you need from the kitchen, starter supplies for your stay, 4 beach chairs,Cooler etc. Easy to get luggage in and out. Easy access to beach & pool. The property grounds are very well maintained. Plenty of wildlife on grounds. The owners are amazing and go above & beyond to ensure you have everything you need and that there are not any concerns! Definitely recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay on Sanibel Island! The unit was modern, spotless, and centrally located, making it easy to enjoy everything the island has to offer. We even arranged for bikes to be delivered directly to the property, which was a fantastic way to explore the area.The pool was perfect for our kids and provided a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful, and we had so much fun searching for seashells along the shoreline—a true Sanibel experience!Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the island. We would gladly stay here again!

Prior to Ian, we stayed at Pointe Santo every year for our family vacation. This was our first year back since and we will be renting here at D33 every year. The condo was obviously remodeled post storm but they have thought of everything in the way they have designed the unit. They had everything we needed for our family of 3 and their communication was exceptional. The walk to the beach is easy and the new pool area is so nice. The kids club is coming back and we had some activities this week. We are so happy our return to Sanibel was here and are looking forward to staying with them again next year.

This is my second time staying at Pointe Sanibel D33. The unit was clean and comfortable. This location is great to go to so many places. This year we rented bikes and loved it. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo - it was very clean and beautifully decorated. Excellent appliances, kitchen stocked with a huge variety of small appliances and utensils. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows! The condo was on the 3rd floor and we were more than delighted to have the elevator to haul our luggage up when we arrived! The condo community was clean and well maintained. Everyone was friendly. It was a busy spring break week which didn't seem to affect how well it was run/maintained. The beach was easily accessible and there are many lounge chairs for guest use.

Extremely well maintained, spotless and updated beach condo! Probably the nicest one I have ever stayed in and I have rented many properties in the US and Europe. Everything was extremely comfortable with extra linens in case somebody was cold at night. Great washer and dryer. Extra beach, chairs and beach toys for the kids. Very nice and safe complex with pool and hot tub that the kids loved. Right on the beach and so easy to access if you wanted to be up in the shade near the palm trees or down by the shore. Condo owner Keith is wonderful and was easy to communicate with. Extremely easy check-in process and checkout process. Would highly we will definitely be looking to stay here again if we can get the right dates! Best value for money of many places I have stayed!

WOW! What a great choice for a relaxing vacation! As I was looking at vacation rentals, Sanibel was my first thought. There were a few rentals at Pointe Santo but I specifically liked the fact that the owner gave Vet discounts. Decided to give this one a try. The whole experience was great! Easy to book and the owner was very responsive for some questions I had. The condo itself is beautiful. Beds are awesome and the view! Every morning we were able to sit on the lanai and see the Gulf. Each evening we were able to see the sunset from the lanai as well. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as cooking. THe pool was great..never really crowded and the beach was amazing. Never made it to the hot tub..it was hot out there so a hot tub, not for us. We were always able to grab a beach lounger and umbrella. We had NO complaints whatsoever. The Gulf water was about 77 degrees so very refreshing. Absolutely LOVED this place!

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful condo—everything was so clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Sanibel Island is truly a slice of paradise, and we absolutely loved our dinner at Doc Ford’s (the Yucatan shrimp was amazing!). The only thing we didn’t love were the no-see-ums—they were definitely persistent—but even they couldn’t take away from such a great experience. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!

Margie and I have vacationed at many beaches since we were first married. As our family grew we began to look for a wholesome and natural environment to enjoy with the children. We were also looking for a place that offered rest away from traffic and noise, but enough activity to have plenty of fun. It wasn't long until we found Sanibel. The island is a place with everything or nothing to do. It's your choice.

After renting for seven years we decided to take the plunge and buy a place of our own. Our primary goal was to deliver quality that replicated a fine hotel. In addition, we wanted to offer a value that would encourage our guests to return year after year.

Twenty five years later we are still sticking to our original charter. We are certain if you stay at our Island Retreat once you will be back!

We have chosen Sanibel Island as our home away from home because of it's casual elegance, and year round appeal. In the winter the weather is warm and mild. In the summer the tropical breezes, occasional afternoon showers, and warm gulf waters soothes your soul. Spring and Fall are the best kept secret. Low rates, small crowds and some of the most pleasant weather helps you relax, enjoy, and maybe stay two weeks rather than just one.
