Sandpiper Cove 9141 is a ground floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo that can sleep 8. Located right next to 1 of the 5 complex pools and a short walk across to the street to the private Sandpiper Cove beach. You can get close beach access without paying the higher prices of beach front condos. Sandpiper Cove also offers tennis courts, hot tubs, communal grills, an on-site restaurant, and a 9-hole 3-par golf course. If all the amenities won't please the group then just show them the pictures of inside the condo.

9141 is a spacious 3 bedroom offering a Queen in the first guest bedroom with bunkbeds with a twin over Queen in the second guest bedroom. Both guest rooms have flat screen TVs as well. The 2 guest rooms share the guest bath that has a combination tub/shower.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and adjoining Master Bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots and pans needed to cook a feast and has all full sized appliances. The condo does have it's own washer and dryer so no worries about having to share coin laundry. The living room offers plenty of seating and a large TV to enjoy a relaxing movie.

The patio offers views of the pool. Complimentary Beach Service included-2 chairs and 1 umbrella.

A dog is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
