Off the main drag, so no traffic, but walk to restaurants, coffee, shopping, gas, beach, and sunsets! This roomy GROUND FLOOR unit has one bedroom, one bath. Large kitchen, dining and living in open floor plan, open to covered lanai and grassy area. One block to beach park and the ocean. Covered parking or open parking lot included. Pool, Hot tub, sauna, BBQ area included. Beach gear on the lanai. Come and visit!
