Wonderful location and friendly community

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this neighborhood. Weekly gatherings that everyone owners and renters are invited to. Island Vacation Properties is always great to work with.Cleaning service could be better. Floors were in need of a deep clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always a good time at West Bay Cove! Owners and renters all very friendly! Unit needs safety grab bars in the bathrooms! I did call re the need and nothing was done! Bathrooms were cleaned okay and kitchen. But the floors, vinyl plank were not clean. Interior windows not clean. I would suggest a deep clean in the unit. Screen door on sliding door missing so we could not leave door open for fresh air!
