Kindly wash the dishes after your use as there is no electric dish washer and do not leave any food out.
Front door locks automatically once you close, double check from outside before you leave. Ensure you lock the back door from inside before you check-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PLS REVIEW RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR HOUSE RULES. No smoking inside the house. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
Please park the cars on the left side of the driveway(as left as possible),we share the driveway with neighbor.Kindly follow quiet hours from 11PM-7AM
HotTub is always ON and please leave it as it is. Kindly turn the jets and lights OFF right after your use and close with cover.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and had such a warm, homey feel. It was perfect for both kids and adults — very family-friendly and welcoming all around. The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

House was basically what is portrayed in the pictures, but had a few shortcomings. There were only nine towels for nine guests. That’s fine for showers, but with a hot tub, there should be lots more. There was also only one wash/hand cloth for the whole house. Lastly, the couch is listed for sleeping two guests. That works if they are little kids, but not for big teenagers. The couch does not fold out into a bed. Lastly, with guests coming, I would expect the yard to be mowed and weeds along the sidewalk and fences to be trimmed (not knee high). Overall, this house was OK. We were not completely disappointed, but also glad we were only there two nights.

The location is good and the hot tub is excellent. Cleanliness was superb. Kitchen is slightly under-equipped for even simple breakfasts (never mind something fancier) and there's no dining table, only a small counter-height bar in the kitchen. Could use better lighting options for the evening.
