Welcome to Manatee Isle! This stunning, new & beautifully appointed luxury waterfront townhome offers a spacious open floor plan with 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, highlighted by the Primary Suite with waterfront balcony and en-suite dual vanity bathroom.

Nestled in the Port Salerno area of Stuart, FL, in Martin County, on the Treasure Coast, this modern home is waterfront on the Manatee Pocket with quick access to the St. Lucie Inlet and Stuart sand bars. Bring your boat! The property boasts a private boat dock and Lift (25 ft max & 7K lb max on lift, 7ft bridge clearance) and a community pool!



Port Salerno, on Florida’s Treasure Coast, in Martin County, is in a protected harbor of the St. Lucie River, known as Manatee Pocket. This area is a popular spot for fishing and water related activities. A beautiful bay that includes many waterfront restaurants, bait shops, marinas, shops of Historic Port Salerno and a bustling waterfront art center, with working art studios. Charter fishing, boat tours and water sports are readily available on the beautiful waterways surrounding the property area.



Manatee Isle is close to the beautiful beaches of Hutchinson Island, the St. Lucie Inlet and the nearby towns of Port Salerno, Stuart, Hobe Sound, Palm City and Jensen Beach. The Palm Beach International Airport is about 35 miles away from the property.



A short drive away is charming Historic Downtown Stuart, offering boutique shopping, waterfront restaurants, galleries, the Stuart Heritage Museum and walks on the scenic Riverwalk boardwalk on the St. Lucie River. Live entertainment can be found in the 1920’s restored Lyric Theatre and on the Riverwalk waterfront stage. Many arts and crafts festivals & weekly outdoor markets are offered. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and waterfront scenery.



We provide a starter set of supplies, with an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase your own additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine & dryer at anytime throughout your stay.

Our family spent a whole week at this property and it was perfect! We had everything we needed with plenty of space. The beds were so comfy and the outdoor pool was fun to swim and splash around. With a fully stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed to cook and the location was perfect for those nights we wanted to dine out in Stuart. Highly recommend place!

This is our 2nd year staying in this home. The house is lovely for adults. It’s modern and well furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and equipment. The bedding is top notch. We do wish that the pool was heated as the water is far too cold to swim in either January or February. The pool area is nicely protected from the wind and very comfortable to enjoy the sunshine. We are very happy with ITrip. Travis came out to the house first thing in the morning when we reported a small problem. He also called to ensure we knew how to turn on the furnace when the temperature dipped in January.
