"Coast Leumeah " Surf Beach Phillip Island, close to beach & pet friendly home
Our pet friendly home will appeal to large families, groups of friends or mates doing a track weekend at the island circuit. Travel to the island lightly with fully made up beds and a towel for each person.
We are a 2 minute walk from the beach and beautiful scenic walks along the coastline.
With a short drive to both Cowes and San Remo for supermarkets, retail therapy with boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, we are conveniently located.
Take time to explore all the delights Phillip Island has to offer. The Nobbies, Amaze n Things, The Chocolate factory, Penguin Parade and much more.
Enjoy a game of pool and board games with free WIFI available. There are 3 SMART TV's, one in the large Bedroom downstairs and another 1 in each living room downstairs and upstairs. With two separate living areas, there is space for downtime for those who want it.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and entertaining needs. The living room side house balcony, has BBQ to cook on. There is also a coffee pod Nespresso machine.
The long driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars and/or a boat. The gate can be closed to keep your dog/s and young children in.
To make travel easy, a portacot and baby high chair are available.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and well set up; the kitchen, especially, had everything we needed as a large group. The bedding and towels that were provided were clean and fresh. We had a big family group and the house offered plenty of spaces for everyone to have an enjoyable time. Our two dogs were welcomed and had a very safe yard to stay in, along with an undercover area on the deck. There was plenty of space in the driveway to park several cars. The street and neighbourhood were quiet, and beach access was just minutes away. We all had an enjoyable stay.

Why they chose this property
We chose to have a home in Phillip Island because it meets all the needs for everyone in our family. From scenic coastal walks, enjoying the serenity, to a fun night at the pub or a quiet night in. It's only 90minutes from Melbourne and a great place to recharge for a few days. We love it !
