There were some cleaning issues at the start, however, this was promptly rectified and communication was great.

Disliked: Amenities, communication
We were sent incorrect check-in information and got stuck waiting outside for 45 minutes before gaining access. Once we had access, no one told us which level the accom was on so we had to ask residents for help. The beds were uncomfortable, only thin bedding was provided, walls are very thin in a noisy complex and no blackout blinds so none of us had a good sleep the entire week we were there. The pre-stay clean left a lot to be desired, with dust everywhere and a used bandaid on the floor in the living room. Property management team were rude and insulting. Overall, for the price and location (not especially close to the strand or other attractions), it was overpriced and more hassle than it was worth, we wouldn’t stay again.
