It is located in the heart of the village of La Terrière and a 10-minute walk from the large beach at La Terrière, renowned for surfing. The house features a large, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room (which has a single bed), a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. The garden is shared with our neighbors, though each household has its own adjoining section. There is one parking space in front of the house. Villa Santa Barbara awaits you!
