Two bedrooms and a family room downstairs. The coastal themed decor is beautifully done and well-maintained.

The owner has completely redone the house, adding lots of personal touches and artwork, including some they’ve created. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a Thermador range, instant hot water, beach-themed China, Riedel wine glasses, waffle iron, a crab pot, cast iron skillets, Dutch oven, Kitchenaid mixer, blender, dishwasher, microwave. Nesspresso, coffee maker, wine cooler, beverage refrigerator, baking and casserole pans, cookie sheet and lots more.

Washer and Dryer on main floor. Beach and jacuzzi towels available in laundry room. Many board games, kites and beach toys for guest use.
