INDOOR
The open living area features a comfortable sofa, two large chairs, a large Smart TV with cable, a fireplace, a wet bar, and a ceiling fan. It also opens up to the back patio. The adjacent dining area has seating for six and a spacious pass-through counter to the kitchen, making entertaining easy.

The kitchen is large and easy to navigate, equipped with all stainless steel appliances, along with new cabinets and countertops. The refrigerator includes an ice and water dispenser. Additionally, a breakfast table is perfect for morning coffee. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with two nightstands and lamps, a 32-inch smart TV, and two large closets. It offers views of the greenbelt area to the west and south. The remodeled ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a comfortable king-sized bed with two nightstands and lamps, and it provides a view of the front entry area. The guest bathroom, which is located just outside the guest bedroom and off the dining area, features a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR
The Back Patio features Southwest exposure, outdoor dining for four, natural gas Charbroil grill with cover. The closest community pool & spa is less than 200 feet away from the entry.
