Needs a thorough cleaning and paint top to bottom. You should confirm that this was done before renting otherwise you’ll be very disappointed.

As always happens in Palm Desert controlling the TV STATIONS CELECTION is difficult or unworkable.The master bedroom shower stall was unsafe, no handholdsNo recycling container in the kitchen

Did not maintain assets!!! BBQ did not work. Purchased new Propane tank no luck. Every time you turn on oven smoke detector goes off in hallway next to kitchen. TV need reprograming as was unable to watch PGA Golf and Olympics Very poor experience!!
