Bedrooms: All bedrooms include beds, side tables, lamps, wardrobes, air conditioners and ceiling fans. The main queen bedroom has its own full ensuite. The 2 additional bedrooms are fitted with queen beds. Kitchen & Dining: Kitchen and dining are equipped with utensils, kitchen appliances and a considerably stocked panty that would delight any cook. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cooking equipment including an air-fryer, gas oven and stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and appropriate heat proof crockery. You will also find various serving and child friendly dinner ware. Living: Your various seating areas include comfy couches and 1 double sofa bed. Both the sitting and media room are cooled by ocean breezes and ceiling fans, or air conditioning if you prefer. The inside living area connects to the outdoor entertaining and pool area. You outdoor yet conveniently covered deck / patio area has outdoor dining for up to 8 people, a small bar area equipped with a portable bbq as well as additional seating for the little ones. This space links to the fenced pool area. Bathrooms: The spacious bathroom offers a shower, single vanity with storage, bath-tub and a seperate toilet. The ensuite features a vanity, toilet and shower. Other Amenities: Your laundry space is kept in super tidy order and has everything you need to keep your garments fresh. Guests: Our space is ideal for any party that requires 3 seperate bedrooms and the added bonus of a fourth sleeping area on a sofa bed (*please advise if you require beforehand so that this additional bedding can be prepared for you). Your Host: Your host Jey, will be available for any queries you may have on behalf of owners John and Maureen who have lovingly kept this beautiful home in fine shape as they travel parts of Aus in their camper. Cleaning: Your space will be serviced at the end of your stay or every 7 days (whichever comes first). Basic toiletries, fruit, milk and pantry items will be provided at the beginning of your stay. Security: For the safety and security of all guests, our property is equipped with a smart lock. The front door surveillance records video and only when motion is detected at the entrances. This ensures a secure environment for everyone without compromising your privacy inside the home. Outdoor living and entertaining areas including the pool remain private for your peace of mind. Please get in contact if you have any specific questions about your stay at this property. Guests have access to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus all the living areas inside and attached to the property including the pool area. Guests also have access to 2 x under-cover parking which can be accessed by remote control and a gated extra driveway for extra vehicles and boats etc. The pantry is accessible from the kitchen and is very well stocked with condiments, spices, herbs and other cooking supplies. We kindly ask that you use only what you need. Council bins can be accessed by the rear access of the property and can be moved curbside via the side gate. No Guest Access: Areas that are locked and not available for use consist of: • a room off the main living area • sheds in the rear yard • wardrobe in hallway next to the laundry room * Any attempt to access these areas will be considered breaking house rules and may have repercussions. You will have the home completely to yourself and your host will be available locally for any urgent matters. You may contact your host via their contact mobile details (provided at the time of booking) or on the Airbnb app. You may be greeted by our host on arrival or provided key lockbox details only for check-in. Pets: • Outdoor dogs only. *Unless you are travelling with an official service animal. • If you are approved to stay with up to 2 pets, please be sure to clean up after your pet in the yard and surrounding areas on the property, and ensure there is no trace of animal left behind in the indoor space. *Additional cleaning fees may otherwise apply. • Design of space may differ from photos for pre-approved dogs. Damages will be covered by the guest. • Service dogs are always approved, provided other House Rules are met. What a beautiful location and house Everything you could ever want right there in one package Jey was lovely and welcoming supplying milk and fruit This house has an amazing pool and talk about a well stocked pantry! We just loved our whole stay the neighbours and local shops were all welcoming
