Beautiful 130 year old schoolhouse beside the Wallamba river in quiet rural area within 8 kms of shops and township of Tuncurry. 2 acre garden with boat ramp and fishing deck. Bedroom in main schoolroom with kitchen and bathroom.
Perfect fishing & waterskiing!
Has historic school photos with desks and blackboard and open fireplace.
Also is still a part-time working professional photographic studio with old cameras and photographic 3D collection.
A step back in time to the late Victorian days.
