Hi Brett, Thank you for your review, we sincerely apologise for the issues you experienced with the air conditioning. During your stay, Melbourne was going through extreme heat (over 40°C on consecutive days), which can significantly impact cooling performance in many apartment buildings where systems are shared across multiple units using a common external unit. Under such conditions, air conditioning may not perform as effectively as usual, and we’re very sorry this affected your comfort. We also apologise that the pool was temporarily unavailable during your stay due to maintenance which was outside our control, and for any inconvenience caused by this not being clearer in advance.
