This lovely, multi-level spacious vacation getaway is nestled in the pines featuring loads of windows and spacious decks overlooking the 100-acre pond and presents a bright and beachy décor with comfortable furnishings throughout. Features central air conditioning, a well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 5 Smart TVs with Roku streaming service, Wi-Fi, and Gas Grill. Enjoy peaceful evenings under the stars relaxing out on the 2 waterfront decks with friends and family alongside the lovely pond! The kids will love the Salt Pond community center with pools, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball and a children’s play area. Convenient location close to shopping, walking trails and restaurants! Kayakers and canoers will enjoy cruising on the Salt Pond! Guests pay $150 per week community fee. Golf green fees are separate. Boat Dock for non-motorized boats only.
