Steps away from the beach

Great condo, easily slept 2 adults and 4 children. Very clean and modern. Great location on the North side, beach is steps away. Highly recommended. We will definitely book here again.

Nice unit, with a great location and ocean view. Lacked drawer space for clothing. If a unit sleeps six it should have dining seating for six...this unit only had four dining seats. It also could use more seats on the balcony.

Condo didn't have any closets to hang up or dressers to put away clothes. The upgrades done look like a new handyman did. Not quality for sure. The balcony sliding door couldn't lock. The new lock was put on but its the wrong one so it needs cut out to be able to latch. The applicances are from some other country in order to use and run. The host just kept referring to the instructions on the site which is not detailed and for the dishwasher it's a bunch of steps. Who has 5 mins to read a manual to read confusing steps and buttons that didn't work. Just this condo was not worth the price. Yes, it was a good location and view. Other than that I can't say much.

Upon entry, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the property was as listed. We liked the open concept and it just felt more airy. Everything is very well planned out for the guest’s use. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with the necessities for a small group. Refrigerator was updated and clean. Sleeper sofa in living room Space was brand new and for sleeping worked out fine for my 21-year-old son. The fireplace is a very nice touch. Bathroom was clean overall. Master bedroom was roomy although I would suggest two small lamps on each of the bedside tables and perhaps a few small charging stations for the unit in the bedroom and in the living room just in case someone forgets to bring their charging cables. Also one floor lamp in the living/dining room area would be nice. Bed was a little firm but worked ok after a long day in the sun the sand. Balcony area and view of the ocean was outstanding. High enough above the pool and lower level to still have some privacy . Unit is located at a perfect location only three short flights on the steps to get to the ground level only two to get to the pool area and the elevator was always moving very well no long waits. Pool was very clean. Short walk to the beach. It worked out really well for us three adults but would be a little tight if you had four along with kids. All in all, we had a great time.Would book again.

The house is beach ready, sunrises are amazing from the balcony or the beach. Close to everything. Jack was quick at responding all of our messages. I would rent again this place.
