- What is the check-in and check-out time? Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is before 10am.
- Can guests check in early? Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to let our guests in as soon as the cleaning is finished. We can't guarantee a time, but we can keep you updated on the day.
- Can guests check out later? Late check-out is subject to availability. Please request in advance, and we charge an extra $50/hour, latest till 12pm.
- Lockout fee We charge a $200 lockout fee if you lose your key or lock yourself outside the apartment and require us to come and open the door for you.
- Events & Parties We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and loud music. Building security will be called out if residents report noise, which will result in guests being vacated from the apartment, with NO refund.
