While visiting family, we needed a bed, a shower, and a kitchen. This filled our needs. We also ran into a couple of glitches which Evolve and the landlord were prompt and eager to fix.
I was in town for a soccer tournament. The location of the rental was less than 10 minutes from the location of the soccer tournament, so it was very convenient. It had everything I needed, which was basically a shower, a coffee maker, and a bed.

When we first arrived, the whole place was infested with live and dead bugs. When I called, I was told they are harmless and they find their way in. So it’s not a big deal since they already had a pest company come. They knew what place I was calling before I even gave them the address. I asked for a refund or another place to stay. Fortunately, they found us a nice place to stay for three nights while they had a pest company come and treat the place again. They were not able to find us a place to stay for the whole five night stay we originally booked, but we were grateful to not have to stay in the original place. When we returned for the rest of our stay, we still found some live bugs but not nearly as bad as our first day. Some other issues were the internet inconsistencies. We would loose connection and the TV would randomly shut off. There was NO soap of any kind. No hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soap. Nothing. We had to use our shampoo we brought for body soap. Linens were clean though. Thankfully. We really love Boise, but do not recommend this place to anyone. We are giving it a two star because the company did respond promptly and were very easy to work with. They took good care of us.
