rooms were super comfy clean and i just can’t fault the property an what a bonus to have 3 toilets an2 showers the gas stove was the size that could handle a big group. An located only 5 minutes walking distance to Takanini town centre with it’s cafe bars and Restaurants plus a Silky otter Great stay thank you so much

This was an ideal house for our family to gather for the weekend. Plenty of room, well appointed with everything we needed and walking distance to the shops and cafes. Clean, quiet (the trains were no bother). Prompt and positive engagement with the host. We will definitely be back!

Awesome location, warm and clean.Definitely recommend.Only 1 minor pick up, no clothes rack to dry clothes as it was raining while we stayed there other then that the place was perfect

Location for Bruce Pulman Stadium was Great. Easy access in and out followed traffic flow. Very convenient for shops. Big problem with not enough cooking utensils had to buy a couple ie serving spoons, potato peeler, whisk..... And only 1 sml pot that had burnt remnants at the bottom which I cleaned after purchasing a scourer. 'Please" supply a "set" of pots. Extra warm blanket in each room. A large house like this should be fully equipped and will be complete once the couple of oversights are sorted. House is absolutely beautiful for everything else Thank You.

New, clean property with some good amenities (heated towel bars, bathroom mirrors with ambient lighting, cozy doonas, easy parking). Washer only, no dryer. There's a clothesline but it was raining, so we used the hangers from the closet on the garage door rails to hang clothes to dry. If you're visiting in winter, run the downstairs split system to warm the whole house. Train line is *right behind* the property; so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs.Close to shops. Super busy entertainment precinct including cinema, games, restaurants, etc. We loved the Majestic Cafe nearby.Host was super responsive with answers to our questions and also changed the battery on the front door lock. We learned if it's playing a song when you open it then it's needs a new battery! We booked it because we needed at least 3 bedrooms, location was easy to the airport and closer to Hobbiton. But we ended up doing more in the Auckland CBD and the traffic was shocking. Train station to city is a 15 min walk - we didn't give that a try, but probably should have!Overall a lovely property and a great stay.
