My wife and I had a very pleasant two week stay in Phoenix visiting family. The home was recently renovated and our host Bobby could not have been more attentive. Additionally, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. We’re planning to return next year and would gladly book this property again. Thank you for a great experience!

3 bedroom place across the street from the river

Five of us really enjoyed our stay. Owner was EXTREMELY responsive to text messages. Kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you could need.

The house was clean, spacious and new. The kitchen was well supplied. The view was nice and having laundry int he house was great. However, the shower was really small and the mattresses were uncomfortable. I suggest an upgrade to cotton bedding - that could really improve the experience.

Great rental in clean environment

We had a Syracuse graduation and the stay was extremely comfortable. The driveway is a bit steep but it does fit 3 cars. Only drawback was that the shower was impossibly small. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Perfect for Accessing Multiple Locations

We were in town for access to Syracuse University and work in Baldwinsville. This location was a perfect spot to be close to both areas. The property is as described and communication was clear and easy. There were some small issues, such as connecting to the wifi, but the property contact responded swiftly and positively. The view from the porch is lovely. There is not much in the town so be sure to grab groceries on the way in! We look forward to using this place again in future visits to the area.
