The Neighborhood:
This cabin is steps from The Old Mill District of Pigeon Forge, TN! You are literally in the heart of all the action that this area has to offer! You can walk to favorites such as The Old Mill Restaurant or The Pottery House Cafe! There are tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping options within footsteps of the cabin's front door. You can also walk to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. The cabin is located on the Little Pigeon River, so you can just sit back and enjoy the sounds of rushing water right off the back deck of the cabin!
Getting Around:
We also recommend using a car, but you can literally walk to so many things that Pigeon Forge, TN has to offer that it's truly amazing!
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
• This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum.
• We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way and is very flat to get to, being in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge. Without any inclement weather, any car should be fine—but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.
• Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate from October–March, depending on the weather.
• Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Bring your own coffee—either grounds or K-Cups, as the Keurig machine takes both.
• You cannot beat this location. You are in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge and on the river! There are lots of attractions around, including go-karts across the river and through the woods. You may hear them from time to time while being outside on the deck.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The Host was very responsive, check-in/check-out instructions was simple and easy. Great Location with restaurants and shopping options within walking distance.
Wonderful stay and beautiful cabin. Host was very responsive to questions and check in was super easy! We loved hearing the sound of the river and walking to the Old Mill restaurant. If I had to give any suggestions it would be to have extra rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and access to the ceiling fan remotes. It was nice to have floor fans for a little noise while sleeping. Overall an excellent property and we enjoyed our stay!
We loved staying in this cottage! Perfect for a walk to the Old mill and shops. Close enough to walk to the strip in Pigeon Forge. Very comfortable! Clean. Will stay again!

The cabin is exactly as described in the listing! It was very clean, and very cozy! We enjoyed our trip very much and this cabin will most definitely be on top of our list for future trips!
Needed a quick getaway and we had spotted this place last year during a visit. Decided to try it out and it did not disappoint. Perfect walking location to the Old Mill, go-karts, some shopping and the park for a good after dinner walk. Perfect for two couples! Plenty of space, very clean. Will be back.
