The Neighborhood:
This cabin is ideally situated in the heart of downtown Pigeon Forge—just steps from the Old Mill District and the Little Pigeon River. You’re also just minutes from countless attractions, entertainment venues, and retail shops on the Parkway. Whether relaxing riverside or heading out for adventure, this location delivers it all.
Getting Around:
While a vehicle is helpful for exploring beyond the city, this location allows you to walk to many major Pigeon Forge attractions. Roads are paved and flat, and the property is very easy to access. We still recommend 4x4 drive when exploring The Smokies, especially during winter or inclement weather.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin

• 1 vehicle parking space available directly in front of the cabin
• 4x4 recommended for general Smoky Mountain travel
• Electric fireplace is for ambiance and operates year-round
• Bring your own coffee—Keurig and drip combo provided
• Charcoal grill on-site—please bring charcoal and lighter
• You may hear go-karts nearby across the river while on the deck
• Located on the river and in the heart of downtown—truly the best of both worlds
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Thank you for your kind words. We’re glad the location and quiet atmosphere suited you well and that our responses were helpful. We hope to welcome you back again sometime.
This home was exactly as the listing appears. The bed was comfortable and everything we needed for a nice stay! The home is within steps to the Old Mill district restaurants and shops and a short drive into Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The drive to Gatlinburg was very easy, as well. I don’t think you can go wrong with choosing this one.
