Proudly hosted by Okanagan Vacation Properties, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is perfectly located right on the ski run, between all of the village’s restaurants and across from the grocery and liquor stores. No car? Small kids? Plan to dine out? This location is what you are looking for! On top of this great location, this property offers a private, secure garage for 2 standard size vehicles* and your expensive bikes and ski equipment!
Within the beautiful townhome, enjoy the luxurious kitchen with stone counters, and filtered water and ice maker. Everything you need to cook family meals is here for your use and there is a large pantry for additional food storage.
The open floorplan offers lots of deep seating in the large living area, a cozy gas fireplace and an extra long dining table that can seat up to 10. A large entry with lots of hooks for everyone's snow suits, a full bathroom and large bedroom with King bed finish off the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find a large, open loft with a second living area, perfect for the kids to hang out. There is a sofa with pull out bed and TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single over single bunk beds to sleep 4. There is also another full washroom with laundry.
Out on the sunny deck we have a large hot tub (available year round!) and BBQ. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind inside and outside the unit. This includes e-cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. This unit is pet friendly for 2 dogs when permission is given by the property manager and with payment of a $100 pet fee. You must pick up your pet waste and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. Any smoking or not picking after up your pet will result in heavy fines.
*Garage is not attached and will not fit 2 trucks. Very secure for bikes, snowmobiles or other toys. Additional parking is available in Happy Valley for a fee through Big White Resort. In summer there is unlimited additional free parking in the visitor parking and along Big White road.

Very well equipped, overall clean. Unfortunately the pull out bed was not clean, sheets were dirty and had hair on them from previous guest. It’s also very old and uncomfortable, should be replaced since advertising for accommodating the extra people… the floor would be better. Hot tub chems clearly needed more attention, and one pump doesn’t work so only half the jets work. Excellent location and great living area for the family to come together. Kitchen has everything you could need!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad you found our property to be well equipped and enjoyed the location. My apologies if the cleaners missed that the last guests had used the sofa bed and folded the sheets back inside. I try to check the closet where the sheets are kept in between guests to make sure the clean set is still there, so I am sorry if I missed that. I wish you would have contacted us immediately so that we could have sent someone to bring you clean bedding and apologize in person. For the hot tub, there is a full-time on-mountain maintenance company that takes care of it and their number is posted in a few locations. A message to myself or the hot tub company and we could have had the chemicals re-balanced and shown you how to work all of the jets. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and hopefully we can serve you better on your next visit.
We were in Big White for a snowboard competition. The owners were very flexible on our check in and letting us leave luggage in the garage when we checked out. Excellent location and very clean.
Jennifer has been so amazing to deal with requiring last minute, short term accommodations. This place has everything we needed and Big White is a perfect place to relax in the off season.. quiet, peaceful, great community. Will definitely book through this host again.
We loved staying here! We had 2 families with kids and it had plenty of room for us all. Loved having a kitchen to cook meals and the location was walking distance to village and slopes. The hot tub was great to enjoy at the end of the day. Having a garage was amazing as well. Highly recommend this place.
We booked for our kids ski race, Probably the best location out of any our stays in Big White, Especially if you want o access the village. Very Clean no complaints.
This property is spacious, clean and cozy. It was perfect for us, 4 adults, 2 kids and a small dog. Everyone had their own area, and it was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was nothing that we were lacking. I wouldn't change a thing, and we hope to stay here again in the future.
Location is great steps from main village centre. Unit is large and clean. No mountain views from condo but for those you generally need to be further away from village centre or higher/lower on hill. 1-2 minute walk from condo to nearest ski run. While not a true ski in/out, it’s pretty close. Garage can fit two vehicles as long as they are both not trucks.
We enjoyed this place - it was close to the hill (about a 1 min walk to ski out or a 3-4 min walk to the village). It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was very accommodating when we arrived early and let us hang out in one of the rooms while they continued to clean (we had babies that needed to nap). Would definitely recommend.

Great space and location for celebrating Christmas at Big White. The property manager was also extremely helpful.
