Set inside a beautifully converted brick warehouse, it’s full of character and charm, with sleek modern touches to make you feel right at home. Brunswick is a Walker’s Paradise, where daily errands are a breeze without a car. The area is just a short walk from the 19 North Coburg – Flinders Street Station (City) tram, with a stop at Brunswick Rd/Sydney Rd (Brunswick).

Perfectly positioned between Brunswick and Parkville, this location offers easy access to Princes Park, Royal Park, Carlton, Lygon Street, and even Melbourne Airport. The CBD is just 3.5 km away—a quick 10-minute tram or car ride. Jewell train station is only a 350m (5min) walk away which takes you on the Upfield line into the city.

Sydney Road is a vibrant hub, lined with eclectic shops, countless restaurants, cozy cafés, pizzerias, lively bars and pubs, and two supermarkets—everything you need right at your doorstep.
