Very nice modern apartment with legendary panoramic views in Saint Mandrier near Toulon. approx 65sqm, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, 200sqm terrace, in a well-kept complex with pool and tennis. The beach is a few minutes away. TV, dishwasher available.
The excursion possibilities are very diverse and it is worthwhile to make excursions in the area. There are many smaller coastal towns, islands (Ile d'Embiez or Poquerolles) and hiking opportunities.

Good holiday appartment

+Good size appartment, very nice view, very big terrace and nice pool nearby. Nice walk to the beach and centre. -The bathroom and toilet do not always work properly (not always hot water from the rainshower, toilet has difficulty to flush) and are not clean.

Two excellent weeks

We had the pleasure to stay for two weeks at this marvelous place on the hill between the Mediterranean and the Toulon bay. The house is ideal for a family of four and by car easily accessible. A private parking spot is right in front of the house entrance. The swimming pool is a daily joy for kids if you don’t want to go to the beach. Mind that the house had no wifi, but we found a very good solution in buying a data card ( € 20,00 for 300 Gb) and use a portable mini device. The apartment building is a bit outdated but the impressive view and the huge terrace give ‘relaxing’ a new dimension. Higly recommended.

Gigantische Lage

Die Wohnung liegt großartig oberhalb von St. Mandrier, die Dachterrasse ist noch eindrucksvoller als auf dem Foto. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in dem sympathischen Ort, mit der Fähre in kurzer Zeit für kleines Geld in Toulon. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber, der Pool ausreichend groß und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Der Grundriss der Wohnung ist gut, das Wohnzimmer hell und geräumig, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert. So weit alles perfekt. Leider war die Wohnung überhaupt nicht sauber (Fußboden, Geschirr, Schränke, Dusche.....). Zudem müsste so manches repariert bzw. ausgetauscht werden, z.B. Defekte Sonnenschirme, angeschlagenes Geschirr, schlecht schließende Fenster und Türen, klemmende Jalousien. Zudem wäre irgendeine Art von Windschutz auf der Terrasse toll, um zumindest einen Teil davon auch bei Mistral nutzen zu können. Trotz der Mängel würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder wählen.

Fantastische Aussicht

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr grosse Dachterrasse, Mega Aussicht auf die Bucht von Toulon, ruhige allerdings in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung mit dem Charme der sechziger/siebziger mit ausreichend Platz, für einen Urlaub abseits des Troubels an der Cote d'Azur genau das Richtige

Bel appartement vue à 360 ° sur la rade de Toulon

Bel appartement qui nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement, magnifique terrasse. La plage la plus proche est une plage de galet, compter un bon km à pied pour avoir une plage de sable, calme garanti, voiture nécessaire pour faire des courses autre qu'alimentaire. Prévoir 2 paires de draps 1 place pour le lit double (2x 90 cm). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, malgré trop d'utilisation de la voiture avec 2 ados qui veulent plein d'activités.

Unglaubliche Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang mit Blick nach Norden, so wird es auch im Hochsommer nicht zu heiß. Vor der 200 qm Terasse liegt der Ort Sainte Mandrier mit Bootshafen, die Bucht von Toulon und damit die ganze Südküste des Department Var. Wir hier nicht wieder hin will, hat Urlaub nicht verstanden :-)

10 Tage St. Mandrier

Schöne Anlage, freundliche Menschen, große Wohnung und ein gigantischer Ausblick auf der Terrasse auf den Hafen. Im Ort ein toller Bäcker und kleinere Händler, zum größeren Sandstrand sind wir mit dem Auto nach Sablettes gefahren. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Séjour au calme, résidence parfaite pour des vacances en famille.

Contrairement à ses voisines (La Seyne ou Six Fours), Saint Mandrier n'a pas céder à la frénésie touristique, le village est ideal pour des vacances au calme. La Résidence des Hauts de St George est parfaite, très bien entretenue et la piscine est superbe, même si un peu saturée aux heures de pointe. L'appartement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, mais reste tout de même très bien pour des vacances (un petit bémol sur la propreté le jour de l'arrivee tout de même). M. Reinecke est un hote attentionné qui repond à vos moindres demandes rapidement (merci).

Schöner Urlaub, etwas mehr Pflege und Sauberkeit wäre wünschenswert!

Sehr schöne Lage und gepflegte Anlage. Der Hausmeister ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Schade ist, dass die Wohnung nicht mehr richtig gepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt, mit Kindern ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Herrlicher Familienurlaub mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung und ihre Lage hat uns allen sehr gefallen. Sie war schön groß und die Terrasse regte abends zum Benutzen der gut ausgestatteten Küche an. Die Poolanlage war ebenfalls sehr schön und gleich um die Ecke. Der Ort mit dem kleinen Hafen ist wirklich pittoresk (besonders natürlich abends von der Terrasse), schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und die Fährverbindung nach Toulon eine sehr preiswerte maritime Erholungsvariante. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind sehr unterschiedlich und alle haben ihren eigenen Reiz. Die 14 Tage waren viel zu schnell um - vom Umland haben wir nicht viel gesehen. Sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferien!

Ist auch die Wohnung (genug Platz für Vier) etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bietet die Küche wirklich alles, was wir brauchten! Sogar eine Zitronenpresse ... Die Terrasse betont die Vorzüge der Region: Von morgens bis abends wird die Wohnug durch das herrliche provencalische Licht geflutet ... da bräuchte man sich eigentlich gar nicht mehr wegzubewegen. Anlage und Pool sind Dank des herrlichen Hausmeisters Top in Schuss. Wir hatten schöne Ferien!
