2 bedroom air-conditioned apartment on the 4th floor, Newly furnished throughout. Two bathrooms, Comfortable newly purchased beds and a fold out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen and a modern lounge/dining area

Two bedroom aircon apartment two bathrooms plus a separate toilet. Recently refurnished and updated with clean modern furniture and appliances. Full access to all of the resort facilities. Pools, Gym, sauna, adult and kids pools, Kids Splash Park mini golf, cinema and so much more. Resort is secured with swipe access and 24 hour security

Was a lovely place to stay good if you have kids plenty for them to do great having the slides in the pool for them.Only downfall was not many places to eat around the area of the resort as after having a busy day out you don’t want to be catching buses to go out to eat.The restaurant at the resort is good you just want a change if staying for awhile.

Loved our stay

This is a fantastic place to stay. It's in a handy spot on the coast but also the resort is lovely. Lots of pools and fun for the family but also the gardens are gorgeous so it has a wonderful tropical and relaxing feel. The hosts were great and the unit itself really well thought-out. Very much recommend it.

Beautiful place to stay the kids had an absolute blast.We arrived late and it was a bit of a maze to find our apartment in the dark but when we finally did we were happy.The place could do with a bit of updating but over all it was nice.The staff were very friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend staying there to other families.

Weekend in Mermaid Beach

We had a pleasant stay overall. This property is ideal for a young family, with great amenities like pools, mini putt, and an on-site restaurant that make it easy to keep everyone entertained. While it wasn’t a perfect fit for our adult family, we were able to make it work and appreciated that all the essentials were provided. The cleanliness was acceptable, though there’s some room for improvement. Finding the resort was a little confusing at first—mentioning the name of the resort in advance could be helpful for future guests. That said, this would be a fantastic spot for families with children looking for a fun and convenient place to stay.

Thank you for the response and the feedback & yes it is a family resort and perhaps not really designed for adult groups/families visiting the Goldcoast just for a weekend. The new kids bunk beds I told you about might have been a tip off as well sorry. The title on the advertisement is Turtle Beach Resort and is displayed , so you are the first to comment about finding it, which is on the GoldCoast Highway and comes up on the Sat Nav in a car or on mobile but we do note there are some road works in the area which may have confused you. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay overall and were able to work around the weather and dodge all the kids activities for 2 days- The fact it is a family resort focusing on kids activities is what our guests love and while not suited to your 4-5 adults on a weekend I appreciate the text feedback you sent me that it is a lovely unit and you had a pleasant stay.
