The Towers of Chevron Renaisannace take leisure and lifestyle enjoyment to a new level. Elevated 5 storeys above Surfers Paradise, on a vast tropical garden podium is your very own Beaches in the Sky. This is a private relaxation and recreation sanctuary in a world of its own. Beginning with a wide, shallow lagoon fringed in white sandy beaches, it is linked to a deeper pool with a large heated spa at one end. On the Great Lawn you can play ball games with the children which has a playground attached - or enjoying alfresco dining in stylish entertaining and BBQ areas.

The resort also offers an indoor heated pool, hot spa, lap pool, saunas, private cinema for hire - , massive games room and gym.

Take the lift down to the Chevron Renaissance shopping / Dining precinct experiencing the cosmopolitan delights of the many restaurants and cafes. IT'S ALL HERE - supermarket - boutiques, liquor outlet, hairdresser, medical centre, Iris Pub/entertainment and much more. APARTMENT

This beautifully appointed apartment on the 8th Floor in the Central Tower which is the closet to all pools, gymnasium and amenities. You have three balconies to enjoy, the views of not only the river to the left and the ocean directly in front, but the benefit of overlooking Beaches in the Sky (which is on the 5th floor) with the serenity of its palm trees.

In the Lounge Room there is a Samsung 65" 4K HD Smart

Our luxury two bedroom / two bathroom apartment comes fully self contained including all linen, cutlery, crockery, gourmet kitchen and utensils - with modern decor. We also supply those little extras -eg. Games, Boogie Boards and Buckets and Spades - all you need to bring is your suitcase. Sleeping arrangement is a Queen bed in main with 42" LCD, and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom- an Automatic Blowup bed for the 5th person to be setup in the Lounge Room at night. This is a privately owned Apartment that is operated and cared for by the owners.

Fantastic location, well maintained, had everything we needed. Only downside was check in process- extremely hard to find apartment as there are 3 towers- was no explained in the check in process. Comfortable Stay

The property was well presented. A fabulous outlook in a location handi to all attractions including the beach of Surfer's Paradise. Also car parking available. Would recommend this location as a good holiday destination.

Great location

A great apartment in a central location with lovely views. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Finding the parking spot was a bit tricky, perhaps the map in the apartment booklet should be included in the hosts arrival instructions. We would stay there again.

The property is even better than the photos. The family loved our time at Sandra's apartment. This was our 2nd time booking the property as we loved it so much last year.The facilities are excellent and the views from the balcony are fantastic. Awesome central location right in the heart of Surfer's. Do yourself a favor and book it!!

Absolutely loved our stay I think it will become my new home away from home 😊 Sandra has everything covered and the apartment is so welcoming and cosy previously we only stayed in tower 2 but the ease and convenience of getting to the chevron shopping facilities we weren't inconvenienced at all. The room perfect the check in process absolutely smooth and had a very enjoyable holiday will be back for sure 😊 xx

We had a great stay in Sandra and Greg’s apartments, it had everything we needed. Our only issue was there were 5 of us staying and we only got 4 towels, luckily we had taken our own beach towels. Thanks Sandra and Greg, we will be back!

Excellent accommodation

We stated a week on the Gold Coast in the chevron. The chevron was central to everything and the apartment had all we needed from sand toys to cleaning equipment. From start to finish the process was smooth and effortless. Sandra was so friendly and answered my queries immediately. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Location and Excellent Appt

Where to start.. Location is great.. everything is walking distance! Coles, Liquor and eateries either beneath you or nearby Appt.. has everything you need and was perfect for 1 or 2 adults and 2 teens!! Or just four people..there weee 4 electric recliners which were very comfy..fully equiped kitchen, and pool was fantastic too.. Great indoor lap pool and gym and games room also.. I needed to call the letting agents twice and they were super helpful and responsive!! We usually stay in Coolangatta but this could be our new go to place anytime we are at the Gold Coast.. super close (walking distance) to several patrolled beaches.. 10 out of 10..

Good Choice

The double bed bed sheet was not changed/washed. The shower was only good for washing hair only, I couldn't feel the water from my chest down. Other than those two, this is a very good place to stay.

Where to start everything you need is in the apartment, and i mean everything. It was the cleanest and best presented apartment i have stayed in for a long time. Has a pool that every kid dreams of, not to mention the perfect location close to all the action and shops.

My name is Sandra and my Husband is Greg. He is a Musician -and he plays in a Rock and Roll Band ( it is was formed in 1972 - they are still very popular with the Older set. I am a Master Reiki Practitioner, and I have a wonderful Client base. We own and run a Music Shop in Geelong, Victoria, Australia for the past 35 years .
We have 6 Children and 16 Grandchildren - I take a lot of pride in the Apartment, with regular maintenace weeks away to sort out any issues if required. I try to make my Guests feel as if they are a Home Away from Home. I have over 90 Reviews and all mention how comfortable they feel in the Apartment.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this particular property, as we both like to be in the hustle and bustle of holiday makers, but at the same time enjoy the ability to be able to retreat back to the Resort, that offers peace and tranquility.

What makes this property unique

We chose this particular Room for the beautiful views of the Lagoon (a sandy beach)- from anywhere in the Apartment. I can be standing at the Kitchen Bench and still look out at the view. I do not like being up very high - with the Lagoon being on the 5th Floor, and our Apartment on the 8th Floor with Palm trees outside the window - it does not give me a feeling of height.
