The south-facing unit boasts a private balcony with breathtaking Aspen Mountain views. Its open floor plan ensures comfort and convenience, featuring a spacious laundry room and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Situated in the sought-after South Point building, residents enjoy a secure lobby entrance with an elevator, a ski locker, and a private storage room. Guests will be provided with a street parking permit for one vehicle.

Second Bedroom: Two twins convertible to King + TV
Other: There is also a Twin sleeper sofa in the living room.
