House was extremely clean. Definitely needs updating but the name reflects the house perfectly.

Franktown Forest House
Plenty of space with comfortable bedrooms/beds. Downstairs den area was a nice bonus space. It met our needs...unique, old fashioned decor that needs some updating.
Our stay was overall good. The beds are comfortable and if you read the description it is very spot on. It's exactly like your great grandma's house, it is nostalgic and kept clean. We appreciated the multiple outdoor seating locations and the sun room is very pretty. The bikes were a nice touch and was a throw back we didn't expect! The only improvements we would suggest is a ceiling fan in each bedroom since there's no AC. Also, the basement shower had no water pressure and was unable to be used. The water pressure was inconsistent and all 3 toilets run. Ooh... the basement couch is leaking sand... and if you believe in ghost and you stay in the master bedroom she might visit you!!

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Inside was very retro but clean. Very wooded and pretty, constant road noise from hwy 86. Definitely a rugged driveway. Roomy, loved the sunroom. TV worked great. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Toilets clogged easily, there was a leak from upstairs toilet that seemed to be rotting walls in downstairs area. Smelled moldy. Most outside area furniture was moldy or broken. We have stayed with Evolve thru VRBO always too funky for our taste, will not do again.
