Located in a quiet suburb in Highlands Ranch, the home is within walking distance to many parks, recs& shopping centers! The property includes cable, hi speed internet, numerous DVDs, and a finished basement with a movie room(coming dec 2020)! The home was recently renovated, and given complete make-over: stainless steel oven, refrigerator, microwaves, stove top,dishwasher, granite counter tops, and new carpet and ceramic flooring. It includes an automatic garage for two vehicles, an A/C for entire house, or a swamp cooler if you prefer. This home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Park Meadows Mall, Lone Tree Arts Center, Sky Venture Inside Sky Diving, Brunswick Zone, United Artist Regal Movie Theater, Sky Ridge Medical Hospital and Kaiser Permanente, Lone Tree Rec Center, Light Rail Station, and many other bars and restaurants within mins from the house!
