Exceptionally clean. Lovely garden area for reading, quiet mornings or evenings. Quiet for sleeping including soft water fountain gurgle through window. Very comfortable bed. Efficiently organized. Perfect for our stay. Much better than a hotel.

Greg and Janie are great hosts. Everything was as promised, communication was great, and appreciated the small touches like leaving some snacks to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

At first the room seemed small for my sister and I, but the patio space right across from the front door, was like having a living room, but outdoors. The private patio had comfortable seating and it was covered and cozy. Inside our room, the bed was clean and comfortable. The TV was big and had lots of choices. The shower was spacious and all the amenities in the bathroom and kitchenette were great! We enjoyed the hot tub. But what really made the stay the best, was that the hosts were available anytime we needed to ask a question. They communicated that they were very available. I really appreciated their kind and hospitable care. We were visiting family nearby, but I am sure that if we needed any suggestions for what to do in and around Eugene, that the hosts would have provided suggestions and directions. Thanks Greg and Janie for a wonderful place to stay while visiting our family!

EXCEPTIONAL in every sense of the word. The hosts literally ask you if you want fruit or snacks before checking in, every comfort of home is available in this sanctuary, you literally are minutes from Eugene but encapsulated in your own sanctuary here.

Lovely property and the homeowners are very nice. Although it is quite small, I’d definitely recommend staying for a night or two. It lives well.
