This unit was very modern and nicely appointed. It had everything we could have wanted, and the property owners were prompt in their communication. The rental is in a wooded area that was very beautiful and peaceful, and yet only 15 mins away from downtown Eugene. Close to hiking trails. We had a wonderful stay.
Nice little apartment above a garage, right next to the owners home. Owners were very responsive and right there if you need anything. The property is gorgeous and hidden away in the forest. Everything is provided. The only downfalls we found are the laundry is in the main house, you cannot control the heat or AC, and there is nowhere to put your belongings in the bathroom (a few shelves would be so helpful). Kitchen is well stocked and the bed and shower are wonderful. We would definitely stay again.
The property was one of the best VRBO’s that we have stayed at. The apartment was in great condition. The location in the woods was very pretty and peaceful. Overall great place.
Our visit was wonderful and comfortable. Owners were print in communication and greeted us when we arrived. It was a great place for our fur baby - they even had a dog run for her to stretch her legs and be free of a leash which was nice. It was a bit of a drive in amd out of town but a beautiful setting for sure!
Lovely little mother in laws unit above garage with all the amenities. We enjoyed the quiet forest setting nestled minutes from downtown Eugene. Perfect retreat after a few concerts. Bed was quite comfortable. Our host Bob, was friendly but provided privacy. Definitely recommend. Wish the bathroom was a bit larger with room for my toiletries, but overall perfectly suited our needs.
We recently visited Eugene so our daughter could visit the U of O campus and watch a Ducks football game. We found this gem on VRBO after searching for hotels in downtown Eugene with no success.
We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. Everything was incredibly clean, the listing is accurate per what is posted, and the hosts were available whenever we had a question about the property. If you are into hiking the location from what I understand is close to some great trails.
The property is super private and located a short distance from the main road in a pretty dense forest. Very quiet and very secluded but extremely beautiful and serene. It is about a 20 minute drive from the downtown Eugene.
The apartment has a full kitchen, small dining table that easily fits four people, and a living area with a pull out coach and flat screen TV. The unit is located above the garage and away from the main home. I would recommend this property to anybody who is looking to visit Eugene.
Thanks Jeanette and Bob for a great stay!
We had a VERY comfortable stay in Eugene. The apartment is very clean and cozy and the setting is so quiet. It was a great location for hiking Spencer Butte (our favorite) and an easy drive to get to town. We so much appreciate being able to bring our little fur babies and we felt very welcomed by the entire family. It was a wonderful stay!
A quiet retreat in the woods minutes from everything including a great trail system. The hosts were gracious, friendly and so helpful.
Our first visit to Eugene was perfect thanks to this lovely family and the apartment.
As native Oregonians, our families have deep roots in our community. Eugene's south hills is where we have chosen to call home for any reasons. . it's natural beauty, diverse terrain, outdoor living, the list is endless. We both graduated from the University of Oregon and are proud to be alumni.
