Edge 21 is one of the most premium three bedroom apartments on Hamilton Island, boasting magnificent views, contemporary furnishings and a luxurious parents’ retreat. Perched right on the water’s edge, the superb location allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the Whitsunday waters from almost every room. As the top, end apartment, Edge 21 is incredibly peaceful and has been fully renovated recently with designer furniture and appliances.

Entertaining area.
The enormous wrap-around balcony provides plenty of space for entertaining friends and family. There is a BBQ, outdoor table for 8 people, 8 person outdoor lounge, and an outside breakfast bar.

Views.
The oversized open-plan lounge/dining area features cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling fold-back windows to capture the views and to flow seamlessly onto the balcony to maximise family engagement.

Pool.
The Edge complex includes a stunning infinity-edge pool, possibly the best on island according to guest feedback!

Kitchen.
The kitchen is well fitted out and entertainers will love the inclusions – designer benchtops, modern appliances, and double-sized range oven.

Rooms.
This stunning apartment has been designed with relaxation and comfort in mind. Spacious and open plan, cooling tiles throughout, as well as ceiling fans and air-conditioning.


There are three spacious bedrooms. On the upper level, you will find the airconditioned master bedroom/parents’ retreat, with a balcony off the master bedroom with stunning water views – perfect when you want some alone time with your favourite book. The parents' level also boasts a TV, a double shower and spa bath. On the main level there are two King bedrooms with TVs and air-conditioning. These bedrooms share a shower room with a separate toilet.

Location.
Edge 21 on Hamilton Island is just a short walk to all the cafes and restaurants on Front Street.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
