Cooinda Gardens 6 by HamoRent on Hamilton Island

Cooinda Gardens 6 is on the exclusive northern side of the island. It is 2 storey spacious house within the Cooinda Gardens complex of 5 other townhouses. This is the only stand alone house in the complex and really is a beautifully cared for holiday home.

The upper level of the villa has the the gorgeous living and dining area, full size kitchen with walk in pantry. The luxurious master bedroom with king bed and ensuite is also upstairs. Modern and well decorated it has high ceilings and catches a cool sea breeze. Downstairs is the second lounge room, 3 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th room a zip together king bed that can be split to make 2 singles. Perfect for larger family, 2 families or social groups. Bringing kids? There is an option for 4 kids to stay on foam mattresses.
The Cooinda Gardens complex also has an stunning outdoor swimming pool and gardens for it's exclusive guests.

You also have your own laundry and all linen and towels are supplied allowing you to stay for as long as you want. This villa is large enough to have your own space and get lost in.
A complimentary 4 seater electric golf buggy to get you around and your own private garage to store it in. We strongly suggest you hire a second or third buggy from Hamilton Island Buggy Hire for everyone's enjoyment.

For the little ones under 4 years old we have a baby package which includes port a cot, high chair, stroller and car seat.

Family Getaway

The property Is great for a group of friends or large family, having two lounges areas and outside dining on both levels. In an area that is quiet. It's away from the Marina but close enough to walk, catch the bus or use the buggy.

6 Cooinda Gardens

Minor maintenance issues had to be reported but overall the home is a beautiful, spacious and very well equipped property. The golf buggy provided with the home was much appreciated and is essential given the home is quite some distance from the main areas of the Hamilton Island resort facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for a large family group.

Amazing property and location to relax and enjoy.

The house was very comfortable and suited our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children 9 years and 8 years).The location was very private and peaceful which immediately made us feel relaxed when we arrived. Having two separate living areas and lots of balcony space with seating was a bonus. The house gave a fabulous feeling of space especially because of the high ceilings throughout. We hired another buggy so with two buggies (including the one provided at the house) we were all able to be together when we wanted or go our separate ways to different activities. We were never too far away from whatever we wanted to do including the dining at local eateries.The beauty of our location was the magic views, from different angles, of the ocean and the soaring islands surrounding us. Catseye beach and the swimming pools were a great hit every day as was our wonderful Cruise and visit to Whitehaven beach. We'll be back for sure.
