The property was beautiful and literally had everything we needed. Even down to seasonings! The only negatives would be that we never received the checkin text so it was after 4pm before we were able to get in the room and after driving 12 hours with 4 kids, it was a bit inconvenient. Also, the resort hallways and balconies literally get swarmed with spiders. We had to go and buy some spray but still weren’t really able to go on the balconies at night.

This was a great unit; it was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, and the on-site restaurant/bar was good. It was in a great location, too, close to everything in Myrtle Beach. You cannot get all the same services renting through VRBO vs. booking through the hotel, but we did not need those services.

The property is great, but our unit had a few issues. When we arrived there was a pile of dirty towels and trash in front of the unit. On the second day we found out the Keurig was broken and the latch on the sliding patio door was broken. I emailed/texted both issues, but neither were resolved during our week long stay. The seal on the refrigerator door was also coming off, which caused so much condensation inside our groceries were very wet. I did not report this issue while we were there as the earlier issues weren’t addressed. The unit was very clean and furniture was in good condition. The pool area was nice, but the young woman bartending was not so friendly.
