Enjoy this beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom vacation condo on your next getaway to the foothills of the Smokies! Golf View Resort 1303 is located on the third floor and features engineered throughout the main living with tile in the bathrooms. Feel right at home in this beautiful living room that offers a comfy leather couch, 50″ smart TV, and an updated kitchen. Enjoy the outdoor and indoor pool. Located just a mile from Dollywood and the main strip.

The master bedroom features a king bed and tub to relax in.

The master bathroom features an updated vanity and a shower.

The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a full bathroom with a tub shower combo.

Unwind on the balcony and enjoy a nice nature view that has a table for 4.

Each unit comes with a starter supply for guests to use. The starter supply consists of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), Keurig coffee maker (variety of options), dishwasher detergent (1 pack), dish liquid (1 bottle), trash liners (1 per can), paper towel (1 roll). After you use the provided start supply, it is up to each guest to provide anything additional they may need for their stay.
Linens are provided.

There is also a washer & dryer in the condo for guests to use.

NO TRAILERS ALLOWED at the resort. Trailers will be towed at the trailer owner’s expense.

This vacation rental is cleaned with products approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19.

Perfect Home-Base

This was a perfect home base during our time exploring the Pigeon Forge area. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed some downtime just reading a book on the back patio in the sunshine, and taking in some of the Mountain View’s.

Dolly vacation

The condo is beautiful and well maintained. It was very clean and we have extremely comfortable beds. We had to change our reservation 3 times and each time the owner was so friendly and eager to work with us. She was extremely nice. We had a great stay close to everything and i would recommend renting this condo. One of the best we have stayed in

Cute Condo

Overall it was a great place to stay, pictures were very accurate and had plenty of area to spread out with our family of 4. Having the washer and dryer was a life saver! Very close to everything in Pigeon Forge, will likely stay again!

In just minutes you can be in the mountains away from everything and then back for playtime. We hope that you enjoy our cozy little condo and all the things it has to offer close by.
