Very nice, newly available and newly decorated condo

Master Bedroom features a king Size Bed, Guest Bedroom features a Two full Beds, Sofa Sleeper in Living Room. TV's in both bedrooms. Two full baths with a whirlpool tub and shower in Master Bath, shower in 2nd bathroom. Fully stocked Kitchen, with ice-maker and microwave. Washer and Dryer,Private big back patio with beautiful mountain view.

Walking distance to many area attractions and Restaurants. Pigeon Forge Trolley available to carry you to Gatlinburg or other Attractions. Condo is located on second floor. 2 swimming pools (one heated April - October) and a hot tub, also playground.

Very nice!

Communication was very easy and check in was a breeze! The location is perfect if you plan to shop or eat out on the parkway. Would definitely book again! The pools were great also!

Location is very good. Property manager easy to reach. The only downdide was the cleanliness of property. Heavy mold on bathtub mat. Throw rugs were obviously dirty hroughout condo.

Family vacation

The property is nice, building was close to pools and playground which was great. For the most part it was clean except for the floors, you would need to wear black socks or shoes. Surroundings were nice and quiet, easy to get to shopping or restaurants.

Condo was great. Owner provided extra little touches like makeup remover wipes that just gave it a really nice touch. When I reached out with a question she got back to me immediately. Will definately stay in this rental next time.

Great Location

The location was great!!! The door was so hard to open and close. Under the kitchen sink looked like there may have been mold under it. Around the shower in the master bathroom looked to have mold around the outside bottom area.

GREAT LOCATION

The condo is in a great location right off of the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath. Very clean and well appointed and a great price. We went to Dollywood and it is very easy to get to from the Condo. I would highly recommend. My only warning is to bring coffee as it is a conventional coffee maker rather than a keurig. That is my fault for not checking! We will definitely stay again!

Nice condo but property could use some improvement.

We enjoyed our condo. I would of liked a dead bolt on the door though. The grounds were dirty. The parking lot and elevator were scattered with trash. The pool was unswimmable for 2 days and the hot tub was out of order.

The location and unit was great. However the check in process could be improved. It wasn't until the morning of our check in that we received the information to access the unit. This was some what concerning as to being able to get into the unit. Otherwise nice unit and good location.

Check in was really simple and location was perfect for all we wanted to do while in the area. Very clean and beds were extremely comfortable! Wish the kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker since we brought the cups but we made it work with a regular pot. Very quiet complex and lots a friendly families staying around us.
